Background Declan McKeon of McKeon Homes has been in the building business for over twenty years. With the business growing and customer interest increasing the company was ready to develop a refreshed identity, market positioning and website to convert interested customers, appeal to a new customer base and strengthen the relationship with current customers so to facilitate referral business.
Approach We researched the industry to better understand how other building companies presented and marketed themselves. We looked at their propositions so to understand how McKeon Homes could find space and differentiate. A SWOT analysis on the company was conducted to see where the opportunities were.
Actions Designed a new brand identity and a simple but effective website: mckeonhomes.ie Signage and stationery was designed and printed.
